An organic cultivation

Currently, 8 hectares of the 20 hectares La Bernarde estate are cultivated using organic methods. A major replanting programme has been undertaken and all the vines will be certified as organic this year, with half of them being eventually destined for reds.

Production from La Bernarde estate itself is still limited, but by combining it with musts from carefully selected plots outside the vineyard we are able to achieve optimal maturity, low yields and, of course, full organic certification.
